At Table Top Pots we like to minimise our impact on the planet. Some of the steps we take to reduce our environmental footprint include:
Most of the packaging we use is repurposed. We source boxes from other retail outlets and recycled bubble wrap from wherever it is available. We encourage you to reuse and recycle any packaging coming from us.
Any trimmings removed from the pots during the production processes are recycled to be used again, so none of the clay is wasted.
Our studio, and one of our kilns, is powered by solar panels fitted to the roof of the studio.
The studio shop consists of two repurposed vintage caravans, while the display shelving in the vans is made from second hand timber.
All Table Top Pots products are high fired stoneware, making them strong enough to use every day for many years.
Kerrie loves op shopping and chooses to buy her clothing second hand.
We are lucky to have enough space where we live to be able to grow our own fruit and vegetables and share the excess with our friends and family.
Our food scraps are fed to our chooks, who repay us by supplying us with eggs.
